Site work for an industrial development in Farrell, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a 600-square-foot, one-story above grade industrial development.
Install a concrete apron to the rear parking lot of the maintenance building, including some concrete sidewalks and additional concrete to the apron at the dumpster enclosure. The work involves roughly 600 square feet at 700 E Broadway Ave Farrell, Pa. 16121. Bidders must agree to complete all work as specified for the quoted price and within the agreed contract time of 30 days after notice to proceed. All terms and conditions of HUD forms 5369, 5369A, and 5370 apply. Prior to awarding any contract, a pre-award survey may be conducted to determine the bidder's responsibility and capacity, which may include debarment searches, financial capacity, and previous work quality. By submission of a bid, if the bid is accepted, the contractor agrees to enter into a contract with Mercer County Housing Authority to complete all work as specified in the attached scope of work for the quoted price and within the contract time agreed. 30 days after the notice to proceed.
