Site work for a mixed-use development in Lava Hot Springs, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Arimo is requesting proposals to design and provide the installation of a pickleball facility and walking path at Heritage Park. The City of Arimo has received federal assistance to fund the project Proposals will be evaluated and ranked on the following criteria. The maximum point value of each criterion is shown in parentheses: Quality, durability and warranty of equipment (30) Proposal addresses design guidelines (20) Availability of the equipment and contractor (25) ADA, ASTM, IPEMA, and CPSC compliance (20) Cost of Proposal (5) Total (100) Optional interview (15) The City will be hosting a Pre-Bid Meeting to discuss the project, tour the project site and answer any questions related to the project.
