The contractor (Ktr) shall provide all design, labor, materials, and supervision to perform asbestos and lead abatement and replace 44 windows at Bldg. 241 Bay B on Travis AFB, CA.The SOW is currently being finalized and will be published with the solicitation. 3. The solicitation shall be publicized through the Government-wide point of entry on SAM.gov. Prospective offerors must be registered with SAM.gov. 4. Also, the contractor shall abate all areas on the walls and door frames that have traces of lead The contractor s scope is limited to only abatement, demolition and removal as stated in the scope of work.
