SCOPE OF WORK: The scope of work is generally described as but not limited to: the replacement of 3 boilers at Vanden High School, 2 boilers at Golden West Middle School, and 2 boilers at Scandia Elementary. The site locations are: Vanden High School, 2951 Markeley Lane, Fairfield, CA 94533; Golden West Middle School, 2651 DE Ronde Drive, Fairfield, CA 94533; and Scandia Elementary School, 100 Broadway Street, Travis AFB, Ca 94535. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening for bids except as provided pursuant to Public Contract Code section 5100, et seq. Questions must be sent by Wednesday, June 4, 2025, by 2:00 p.m. to Facilities@TravisUSD.org. Following the pre-bid walk, all potential contractors will be able to submit requests for information or clarifications. Questions will not be accepted after the date above. Responses to questions will be posted on Friday, June 6, 2025, by 4:00 p.m. All questions and answers will be available to all bidders and posted on the District's at online. PREQUALIFICATION: To bid on this Project, pursuant to Public Contract Code section 20111.6, all prime contractors for District projects using state general funds, funds received pursuant to the Leroy F.
