The Solano County General Services Facilities Division seeks vendors to supply a comprehensive range of plumbing materials, which includes, but is not limited to, piping, valves, fittings, and various plumbing fixtures as specified in this solicitation. The Contractor(s) shall provide all necessary Plumbing Equipment, Fixtures, and Supplies as outlined Contractor(s) shall provide all necessary personnel, materials, equipment, and services required to deliver new unused plumbing equipment, fixtures and supplies to the County as specified herein. Ensure the prompt delivery of all necessary materials, making sure they are complete, accurate, and in good working condition upon arrival at the site. Maintain adequate stock levels to ensure supplies are always readily available. Ensure that all orders placed are confirmed accurately, processed efficiently, and invoiced in a timely manner to facilitate smooth business operations. Any materials and supplies, if delivery is required, should be delivered within the designated service hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Any materials that are rejected or found to be defective must be removed within 48 hours of notification. The county will not be liable for any restocking fees associated with such items. All prices and notations must be ink or typewritten. Mistakes may be crossed out and corrections typed or printed adjacent to the mistake and initialed in ink by the person who signs bid. Prices shall be stated in units and quotations made separately on each item. In case of conflict, unit prices will govern. Where there is a conflict between words and figures, words will govern.
