Kentucky Street and Broadway Street Striping Improvement Project. Re-striping of Kentucky Street and Broadway Street from Pennsylvania Avenue to Union Avenue and providing new Class II bike lanes. Each street is approximately 0.5- mile long . August 19, 2025 Anticipated Award of a Construction Contract. Bid Guaranty and Bonding Requirements are as follows: (a) a bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the bid price must be submitted with bid proposal, (b) the successful bidder shall furnish a payment bond and a performance bond in the amount of 100% of total bid price.
