Furnishing All Tools, Material and Labor, and Performing the Work Necessary for Construction of the Street Maintenance Bond Program - Asphalt Preventive Maintenance, Fye 2026 Locations. For information concerning the proposed work, or the scheduled Pre-bid Conference, contact Brandon Brooks, PE, CFM, Capital Projects Engineer for OWNER, at (405) 366-5459. It is the Intent of This Specification to Obtain an Agreement for the Application of Asphalt Surface Preservation Treatment for the City of Norman Streets Division. Surface Preservation Treatment Consists of an Engineered Mixture of Aggregates, Clay, Polymers, Additives, and Asphalt Emulsion Designed to Extend the Service Life of Asphalt Pavement. Streets to Be Treated Have Been Identified and Are Shown Below. Each Bid must be accompanied by an original executed Bidding Documents contained within the Contract Documents and a Certified or Cashier's Check or Bidder's Surety Bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the total bid. Said Surety Bond will be retained as liquidated damages in the event the successful bidder fails, neglects, or refuses to enter into said contract for the construction of said public improvements for said project, and furnish the necessary Performance, Statutory, and Maintenance Bonds within ten (10) days from and after the date the award is made.
