Site work and paving for a road / highway in Norman, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
It is the intent of this specification to obtain an agreement for the improvement of select alley sections located within the Norman Center City District. Work proposed will include removal/excavation of existing alley surface and reconstruction of alley with new concrete pavement surface. Questions related to this contract will be answered up to 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 3, 2025. Each Bid must be accompanied by an original executed Bidding Documents contained within the Contract Documents and a Certified or Cashier's Check or Bidder's Surety Bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the total bid. Said Surety Bond will be retained as liquidated damages in the event the successful bidder fails, neglects, or refuses to enter into said contract for the construction of said public improvements for said project, and furnish the necessary Performance, Statutory, and Maintenance Bonds within ten (10) days from and after the date the award is made.
