Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Norman, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of rehabilitation efforts in the repair of an existing asphalt parking lot to include the full depth replacement of concrete pavement and other miscellaneous items associated with the repair and rehabilitation of the Norman Transit Center parking lot. Each Bid must be accompanied by an original executed Bidding Documents contained within the Contract Documents and a Certified or Cashier’s Check or Bidder’s Surety Bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the total bid. Said Surety Bond will be retained as liquidated damages in the event the successful bidder fails, neglects, or refuses to enter into said contract for the construction of said public improvements for said project, and furnish the necessary Performance, Statutory, and Maintenance Bonds within ten (10) days from and after the date the award is made. Questions related to this contract will be answered up to 3:00 p.m. on Friday, June 27, 2025. Bidders are expected to inspect the sites of the work and to inform themselves regarding all local conditions.
