Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Maysville, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Benton County, Arkansas, in partnership with the Maysville Extension Homemakers Club is seeking requests for qualifications (RFQ) from licensed architects to provide the following services: Provide architectural services, oversee the bidding process, and construction at the Maysville Community Center located at 12015 N. Hwy 43 Maysville, AR 72747 for the roof replacement. Questions concerning the RFQ package may be addressed to Chelsey Weaver, NWAEDD, Inc., at 870-391-4620. The qualification receiving the highest total points in the proposal evaluation process may be selected for negotiation of contract. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject all RFQs. Benton County, AR is an equal opportunity employer. Minority and woman-owned businesses are encouraged to apply.
