The engineering services will be in accordance with theArkansas Natural ResourcesCommission requirements for theDrinking Water State RevolvingFund (SRF) and will consist of, butnot be limited to, the following: 1. Preparation of a Pre-Application and Preliminary Engineering Report for the Water WastewaterAdvisory Committee and WaterPlan Compliance; 2. Preparation of a Facility Plan and Environmental InformationDocument; 3. Preparation of a SRF loan application to meet Capacity Development Requirements (financial,managerial, and technical capabilities for sustained operation); 4. Designing and preparingplans and specifications for thewater system improvements. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
