Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Easton, Pennsylvania. Design plans call for the construction of a 457,000-square-foot educational facility; laboratory facility; theater / auditorium; playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a swimming pool; for the renovation of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
Plans call for a new 457,000 sq ft high school including a gymnasium and auditorium. The construction will be completed in three phases. As of July 2025, the project is in design and the project requires funding. Information regarding general contractor selection has not been disclosed. Construction is expected to begin in 2027. Phase 1, scheduled from May 2027 to May 2028, involves site preparation, demolition of athletic facilities, and construction of new fields. Phase 2, from May 2028 to August 2030, includes the construction of the new school while keeping the current high school operational. Phase 3, from August 2030 to July 2031, will demolish the existing school and complete final site work.
