The scope of this project includes the lining of various storm lines encased in brick and stone throughout the citys intersections. The internal lining of these pipes will become more durable and resistance to any type of corrosion, overall boosting the performance of the storm lines. At the option of the Bidder, the guaranty may be a certified check, bank draft, negotiable U.S. Government bond (at par value), or a Bid Bond in the form attached. Cash deposits will not be accepted. The Bid guaranty shall insure the execution of the Agreement and the furnishing of the performance, and payment bonds by the successful Bidder, The City of Easton reserves the right to reject all bids for any reason. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents
