The following are Not part of the contract at this time: o Site work to install new underground utilities; gas, power, water and sewer. o New Patio and sidewalks. o Floor slabs for the Restrooms and Kitchen. o Interior Finishes unless part of the building shell. o All Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical Work. o Restroom finishes. o Kitchen equipment.
