Construction will be bid for the following Prime Contract: Contract No. 1: Early Precast Concrete Construction* Northampton County is soliciting electronic bids for the Government Parking Garage Replacement Project located in the City of Easton, Northampton County, Pennsylvania. Construction will be bid for the following Prime Contract: Contract No. 1: Early Precast Concrete Construction. This contract is part of a Multi-Prime Contract that includes separate Prime Contracts for General Construction, Mechanical Construction, Electrical Construction, and Plumbing Construction, which will be bid to the Owner at a later date.
