Remodeling and renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Stockton, California. Working plans call for the remodel of a service station / car wash facility; and for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
**As of July 23, 2025, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid.** Questions regarding this IFPQ must be submitted in writing. Bidders are encouraged to submit their written questions by 3:00 p.m. on May 20, 2025. B. Written questions must include the individual's name, firm name, complete address, and must reference IFPQ No. 10A2739. Questions must be sent to the following email: Email: Tiaja.Watson@dot.ca.gov an estimated value of greater than $5,000.00, but not more than $461,000.00 This Agreement will commence on June 30, 2025 (estimate) This Agreement will expire on June 29, 2026 (estimate) Contractor shall remove, replace, and legally dispose of existing bathroom partitions, fixtures, toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, base board, urinal dividers, doors, and toilet partitions. 1) Stockton Maintenance Station (MS) - Building B-2 -Men's Bathroom (refer to Attachment 3,Stockton B-2 Men's Bathroom Photos) a) Contractor shall remove and legally dispose of the following existing items: i. One (1) urinal. ii. iii. iv. v. vi. vii. viii. ix. x. xi. xii. xiii. One (1) urinal partition. One (1) sink. One (1) toilet. One (1) toilet partition and partition door. One (1) Mirror. One (1) soap dispenser. One (1) paper towel dispenser. Two (2) grab bars. One (1) toilet seat cover dispenser. One (1) bathroom closet. One (1) light switch. Approximately 38 feet (ft) x four (4) ft of Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic wall panels. b) Contractor shall furnish and install the following new items: i. One (1) new toilet with a flush valve. Toilet shall be a Sloan Efficiency _ 1.1_1.28_1.6 Gallons per flush, elongated bowl, top spud, or equivalent. ii. iii. iv. v. vi. vii. viii. ix. x. xi. xii. One (1) new washout urinal & automatic flush valve; Sloan ECOS(R), 0.25 Gallons per flush, or equivalent. One (1) new Slab-Edge Solid Surface Bathroom Trough Sink 30 inches (") (30"), or equivalent. One (1) new commercial grade soap dispenser. One (1) new commercial grade toilet paper dispenser. One (1) new commercial grade toilet seat cover dispenser. One (1) new commercial grade paper towel dispenser after walls have been completed. One (1) new Bobrick_ Welded-Frame Mirror, or equivalent, measuring 24" wide x 36" high. Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic wall panels four (4) ft high measured from the floor level on all inside bathroom walls. Urinal stainless-steel partition measuring approximately 56" x 58". Bathroom stainless- steel partition measuring approximately 56" x 58" (partition) and approximately 58" x 33.5" (partition door). Two (2) electrical power outlets. xiii. xiv. xv. xvi. One (1) new Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) receptacle and stainless-steel cover plate. Two (2) new grab bars. One (1) bathroom closet. One (1) light switch. c) Contractor shall seal all cracks and apply an epoxy vapor barrier primer with a polyaspartic urethane topcoat with epoxy flakes to floor and four (4) feet high on walls. Flakes color shall be of Caltrans Contract Manager's choice. d) Contractor shall paint all interior walls with moisture-resistant paint. Contractor shall apply a prime and sealant and paint to walls. e) Contractor shall clean existing floor to remove and legally dispose of remaining paint on floor. f) Bathroom measurements are approximately nine (9) ft x 11 ft. 2) Stockton MS - Building B-2 - Men's & Women's Bathroom (refer to Attachment 4, Stockton B-2 Men's and Women's Bathroom Photos) One (1) sink. a) Contractor shall remove and legally dispose of the following existing items: i. ii. iii. Door size measurement is 35-5/8" wide x 79-5/8" high. One (1) toilet with a flush valve. Toilet shall be a Sloan Efficiency _ 1.1_1.28_1.6 Gallons per flush, elongated bowl, top spud, or equivalent.
