Northshore Senior Center and Health and Wellness Center Renovation Northshore Parks and Recreation Service Area (NPRSA) invites general contractors to bid on a renovation project at the Northshore Senior center and Health and Wellness and Adult Day Health Center, located at 10201 & 10212 E Riverside Drive in Bothell. The Project includes: Work at the Health & Wellness Center (HWC) and the Northshore Senior Center (NSC) includes but is not limited to fabrication and installation of signs at both locations. Work at the NSC includes but is not limited to reconstruction of entry arbor, construction of a gazebo, construction of a second, construction of a courtyard area, walkway paths, landscaping and irrigation. Question Deadline 06/04/2025 at 5:00 PM PT Submit all questions in writing to the NPRSA Project Manager, Christine Scotton.
