Inquiry Deadline: May 22, 2025, 11:00am Work under this Contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform the quality window glass repair and replacement at Lakeview MS, as shown on the Drawings. The work will include, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: Remove the existing curtain wall system shown within the drawings along with existing trim and associated flashing at roof level. (Below the parapet sheet metal coping cap). Remove the existing windows, mullions, and glazing shown within these drawings and associated trim, flooring and wall elements necessary to install new windows shown. Replacement with new window system, trim and associated flashing. Furnish and install new curtain wall units. Furnish and install new setting blocks. Furnish and install new joint plugs. Furnish and install new exterior gaskets. Furnish and install new pressure plates. Furnish and install new cover plates. Furnish and install new sealant over the exterior gaskets. Furnish and install new backer rods and sealant at joints and adjacent walls. Furnish and install any miscellaneous items as required for a complete system. Project Location- 3801 Old Buncombe Rd Greenville, SC 29617 The project entails the removal, replacement and design for installation of a new curtain wall system and new windows as sppecified along with associated anchors, flashings, counterflashings, roof membranes, membrane flashings, sealants and baker rods as specified and as necessary to complete the installation and weatehrproofing of the work. see key plans k/x-301, k/301, k/5032 (typ). roof repairs shall be performed by membrane manufacturer's authorized representatives such as the current warranty holder: allcon of greenville, inc.
