Renovation of a mixed-use development in Newark, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Project consists of the following scope items: Interior Painting at multiple NSA campuses The schedule for the work is noted below, which is subject to material procurement and review with Owner: Work Commencement: June 13, 2025 Substantial Completion: August 4, 2025 This process shall be conducted in accordance with the applicable requirements of N.J.S.A. 18A: 18A-1 et. seq. The project will be bid and constructed as a Single Prime Lump Sum Contract with Add Alternate options to be added at Owner's discretion. Bidders must submit one Bid Bond in an amount equal to 10% of the proposed Contract Price for the work to be performed at the respective campuses, but not to exceed twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) per N.J.S.A 18A:18A-24. Bid proposals for the above work will be received from bidders registered with the Division of Revenue and Department of Labor, and classified by the Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction ("DPMC"): General Contractors with a DPMC Classification of C006, C008, C009, C110 or; Other Special Categories may be required and as set forth in the Request for Proposals North Star Academy Charter School of Newark reserves the rights to cancel this procurement, reject any and all bids, and waive technical defects in documents submitted in response to this Request for Proposals
