The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Automatic Gate Entry Systems Repair - Stockton located at Stockton Readiness Center, 8010 S. Airport Way, Stockton, CA 95206. Work to include: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to repair automatic gates at the Stockton Armory. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov with the subject title BID FOR EVENT# 35614 - DO NOT OPEN. Bidders are not required to visit the worksite. Bidders are responsible for satisfying themselves as to the local conditions, to accurately measure area and ensure the actual area of work for the preparation of their bid. Job walk must be completed by May 29, 2025. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project.
