Site work and paving for a civil project in Napa, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work for the project generally consists of grade beam walls over concrete CIDH piles, roadway reconstruction including roadway excavation/grading and asphalt pavement, guardrail installation, erosion and sediment control, traffic control, utility coordination, and auxiliary work shown on the plans. A bid guarantee, in the amount of 10% of the total bid, shall accompany the bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price and a Labor and Material Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price with good and sufficient surety. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
