Site work and paving for a civil project in Napa, California. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The project includes but is not limited to grinding three (3) inches of existing pavement and placement of three (3) inches of new pavement. Other work includes culvert replacement, culvert lining, selective dig outs, and adjusting utility and monument covers. The project is located on the following roadway within Napa County: Circle Oaks Drive Gordon Valley Road Sunnyhill Lane Wooden Valley Cross Road Wooden Valley Road. The Contractor shall possess a Class "A" or "C-12" license at the time of contract award. A bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall accompany the bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price and a Labor and Material Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price with good and sufficient surety.
