Renovation of a municipal facility in Napa, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,567-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.
California Construction Authority ( CCA) will be receiving sealed bids until 3:00 pm on Thursday, June 19, 2025 through CCA's Procore Bidding System for the following public works project at the Napa Valley Expo (Fair ) in Napa, CA. Question Deadline 06/15/2025: Any questions or requests for clarification (RFC) are to be submitted to PM at TJohnson@ccauthority.org. The project will consist of labor, equipment and materials to implement Napa Valley Administration Building Repair project at the 25th DAA / Napa Valley Exposition (Fair) located at 575 3rd St, Napa, CA 94559. The project scope of work is presented in the attached plans in Appendix B and augmented below: Patch composition roof with same shingles as existing. Fair knows that color may vary slightly due to aging. Windows to be white Milgard Style Line Patch concrete floors, sand as needed to get to bare concrete, and apply sealer. Paint new exterior work to match existing. Paint entire interior. Blow in R-38 insulation in attic. Tile floors to be based on a $2.00/sf allowance for tile Install exterior mounted gas on-demand hot water heater in lieu of the tank water heater.
