Renovation of a fire / police facility in Lakeport, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
This is a Prevailing Wage project, as such, all bidders are required to meet the requirements as set forth in California relating to Prevailing Wage projects, including documentation and reporting. Project: Roof replacement including complete tear-off of existing roofing materials (tear- off), removal of all materials from site with proper disposal; replacement of any damaged components, including but not limited to sheeting, insulation, framing, etc.; re-roof per manufacturers specifications of roofing material and products being applied. Required to use all new materials. Factory seconds are not permitted to be used. Option: Roof replacement including complete tear-off of existing roofing materials (tear- off), removal of all materials from site with proper disposal; replacement of any damaged components, including but not limited to sheeting, insulation, framing, etc.; truss roof construction over all flat roof and low-slope areas; re-roof per manufacturers specifications of roofing material and products being applied. Required to use all new materials. Factory seconds are not permitted to be used. Permits: Bidder / Contractor is responsible for all permits and inspections as required by the City of Lakeport. Warranty: Bidder / Contractor required to provide 25-year warranty for all labor and materials. Pricing Guarantee: Bidder / Contractor required to guarantee pricing for a minimum of 90 days after bid opening. Bid Bond: Bidder / Contractor required to post 10% Bid Bond or Cashiers Check. Delivery: Bidder / Contractor to provide an estimated time of completion (start to finish) of the project. References: Bidder / Contractor to provide a minimum of three (3) completed Prevailing Wage project references.
