Site work and paving for a civil project in Lakeport, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The estimated cost of the work is $1,403,162.90. The City of Lakeport is accepting sealed bids for Martin & Lakeshore Repaving Project. All bids are due before 2:00 pm on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 and no late bids will be accepted. This project consists of pavement rehabilitation on Martin Street and Lakeshore Boulevard in the City of Lakeport. The work includes full depth reclamation with cement, hot mix asphalt paving, protection and adjustment of existing utilities, and restoration of pavement markings. Background This project follows an underground utility replacement project. The utility trenches have CLSM backfill, with approximately 2" of cold mix asphalt to the surface. The utility structures have been set, backfilled with CLSM or base rock, then finished with approximately 2" of cold mix asphalt. There are no concrete collars to remove. The manhole frames and grates, water valve and cleanout boxes in the paved area are to be reused. Work on Martin St shall not start prior to September 4, 2025.
