Remove and replace Sheriff's Dispatch in its entirety with owner supplied Garland product. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, parts, equipment, tools, supervision, services, transportation, waste disposal, facilities and other required items necessary to complete the Project Work. Successful bidder shall begin the Work within 10 days of the Notice to Proceed or such other time as the County and Contractor may agree to in writing, and shall complete the Work within the Contract The time to complete this project is thirty (30) calendar days. (see also specification sections entitled Supplemental General Conditions and Summary) Bidders must demonstrate suitable experience, including, at a minimum, three (3) consecutive years of its entity being formed and in business. The County of Lake reserves the right to request references or utilize and/or conduct background checks of the bidder and its employees and its subcontractors A Bid Bond by an admitted surety insurer on the form provided by the County, cash, or a cashier's check or a certified check drawn to the order of the County of Lake, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price, shall accompany the Bid Form. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the contract for the Work.
