The Virginia Department of Corrections is seeking to contract with a company to provide and install carports at 3 of its correctional facilities. The carports are to be delivered and installed at: Central Virginia Correctional Unit (CVCU), Patrick Henry Correctional Uniter (PHCU), and Virginia Correctional Center for Women (VCCW). Contractor shall provide all tools equipment, labor and supervision necessary to perform the services described herein. Carport Description: Painted bent bow 12' x 21" wide with 2 gables, metal roof and overhang with one metal side, 8' legs, 2 white in color (Virginia Correctional Center and Virginia Correctional Center for Women) and 1 charcoal in color (Patrick Henry Correctional Center). Carports must be delivered and installed, 1 installed in asphalt (VCCW), 1 installed in hard dirt driveway (CVCU), and 1 installed in grass (PHCC). Ground Anchor required. At the end of the days the bid may be withdrawn at the written request of the bidder. If the bid is not withdrawn at that time it remains in effect until an award is made or the solicitation is canceled.
