Summary: The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and incidentals necessary for the work. The existing packaged electric heating, electric cooling rooftop units will be replaced in the North Garage and South Garage with like-kind. Existing roof curbs appear to be in good condition and will remain. Existing roof curbs will be inspected when existing rooftop units are removed. Wall return grilles will be replaced on the first through fourth floors. New rooftop unit controls will be interfaced with the existing building automation system. Power will be disconnected from existing rooftop units and reconnected to new rooftop units. New rooftop units will be balanced to existing airflows and commissioned to verify proper installation/operation. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, construction drawings, and local code.
