Disinfection Tank Replacement Project Questions Due Date: Jun 5th 2025, 4:00 PM EDT Contract 2025-WWTP-04 shall consist of the removal and replacement of sodium hypochlorite and sodium bisulfite chemical storage tanks, including all associated piping and appurtenances, at the Dornick Point Wastewater Treatment Plant. Construction will also include refurbishment of the existing secondary containment epoxy coating in the chemical storage room. No bid will be considered unless accompanied by a Bid Bond of an approved surety, a cashier's check, a certified check, or bank letter of credit payable to the Authority in the amount of not less than ten (10%) percent of the total bid. Prior to the award of the contract, the successful bidder shall furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond to the Owner, in the form contained in the Contract Documents and executed by a satisfactory circular 570 listed surety, each equal to 100% of the total contract amount. The bidder will also furnish evidence of insurance coverage as required by the contract documents.
