It will be part of the contract to coordinate with the national historical society to ensure the site is preserved and handled appropriately. Scope of Work Construct three tennis/pickleball courts using post-tensioned concrete. 1. Provide engineer stamped design drawings with complete layout of the courts and fencing. 2. Demo the perimeter asphalt 30" for the new grade beam and fence. 3. Install 2" fine grade sand material by means of laser guided equipment to achieve proper planarity. 4. Install a 12" x 12" perimeter grade beam. 5. Install and layout (1/2") steel post tensioned cables per engineer's design. 6. Pour 5" thick 4000 psi concrete slab 166' by 121' using a laser guided concrete screed. 7. Provide and install 10'high galvanized chain link fencing with 2 7/8" diameter fence posts and 1 5/8" top rail. Six 4' by 7' walk gates. 8.
