Site work for a road / highway in Saugus, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
As of June 12, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Guardrail Improvement Project Wage Rates shall be paid in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a bid bond, certified check, treasurers, check orcashier's check made payable to the Town of Saugus. The amount shall be five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid, or any portion of same, which is expedient and in public interest. The Town of Saugus adheres to an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Program. The work under this Contract consists of the replacement of damaged guardrail and improvements to existing guardrail at three (3) various locations in Saugus. The work also includes temporary traffic controls, and other incidental work.
