The scope of work will include, but not be limited to; designing, procuring, demolishing, installing and configuring a glass front wall with two pairs of double doors. Installation of new luxury vinyl floor. Patch and paint walls and install new lighting. The successful bidder must include costs to complete the scope of work per Local, State, Federal Codes, and OEM specifications.
