Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Wausau, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project includes adding retaining wall and sidewalk on the west and south sides of the Ag Center classroom building as well as constructing a 10' x 650' gravel driveway across the south portion of the NTC property. No proposal shall be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 10% of the amount bid, payable to Northcentral Technical College, as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages. All bids be submitted, on the forms provided, in a sealed opaque envelope, or box, clearly marked "IFB 26-138-05 Ag Center Improvements" and mailed or hand-delivered to Lucas Chariton, Financial Services, Room C200, at Northcentral Technical College, 1000 West Campus Drive, Wausau, WI 54401. Northcentral Technical College reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject all bids.
