As of June 23, 2024 this project was awarded to PGA Inv. in the amount of $110,353.57. The Overall Description of the Project, to Be Completed Under One Contract, is the Construction of a Parking Lot and Kayak Launch at the Yellow Banks Park. In General, the Work Includes Construction of an Asphalt Parking Lot With Concrete Curb, Stone Trail, and Kayak Launch. The Project Start Date is July 14, 2025 and the Substantial Completion Date is Set at October 31, 2025. The Approximate Units of the Major Work Items Are as Follows; 1) Base Aggregate Dense - 440 Cu Yds 2) 12" Concrete Ribbon Curb - 645 Feet 3) 5/16" Chip Stone for Paths Yds 120 Sq 4) Rip Rap-125 Sq Yds 5) Asphalt Pavement - 330 Tons Question Deadline 06/07/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to Marathon Technical Services, LLC. Questions received less than three days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
