Wastewater treatment and collection system improvements including removal of biosolids, site grading, lining of wastewater lagoons, installation of various wastewater treatment process equipment including headworks, aeration system, blowers, disinfection, site piping, building construction and ancillary electrical and HVAC work. Also included are improvements to the gravity collection system throughout the town.
