Renovation of a municipal facility in Madisonville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project includes a full tear off to deck of the existing roofing system on the KYTC D2 Office Building and replacement with a new modified bitumen roof system on a wood-fiber cover over rigid insulation. Roof edge, fascia and other edge metal, roof drains, scupper boxes, downspouts and flashings to be replaced. NO QUESTIONS WILL BE ANSWERED AT THE SITE VISIT. ALL TECHNICAL QUESTIONS SHALL BE EMAILED TO THE ARCHITECT/ENGINEER OF RECORD FOR THIS PROJECT. ALL PROCUREMENT QUESTIONS SHALL BE DIRECTED TO BUYER OF RECORD FOR THIS PROJECT.
