Question Deadline 06/25/2025 at 5:00 PM MT This project consists of constructing a new sidewalk along portions of Parke Avenue and 13th St, connecting to the existing sidewalks in several sections, and including construction of ADA ramps, curb & gutter, striping, and asphalt patching and associated construction, materials, labor, and installation. This work is financed by state a grant and city funds and is exempt from federal Davis-Bacon wage requirements. You must comply with the following conditions precedent within ten (10) days of the date of this Notice of Award, which is by the 25 h day of June, 2025. Action will be taken by the City within thirty (30) days of the opening date, and the successful bidder will be required to enter into a written contract with the City within ten (10) days after Notice of Award of his bid.
