Site work and paving for a civil project in Burley, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of constructing approximately 1.0 mile of 5-inch pavement, 9-inch base, 6-inch subbase with approximately 910 feet of the section to be full depth reconstruction, with a typical width of 22-feet. Approximately 350 feet of RABS processing with accompanied roadway grading on 1000 S. This project includes but not limited to road excavation, subbase, base, asphalt, culverts, ditches, approaches, along with excavation and embankment. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check, or cash in the amount of 5% of the bid proposal. The work performed under this contract shall be completed between April 15, 2026 and September 15, 2026. There are no Federal funds utilized in this project. The project will be awarded at the commissioner meeting on November 17, 2025. Oakley Highway District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of Oakley Highway District.
