Site work for a civil project in Burley, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials to construct the Parke Avenue Sewer, Water, and Road as indicated on the project plans. Bids must be sealed, accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 5% of the total bid, and contractors must have a valid Idaho Public Works License. Payment and Performance Bonds equal to the bid amount are required upon award of contract. All contractors are responsible for acquiring and reviewing the 2020 Edition of the ISPWC Technical Specifications and City of Burley modifications. The project is to be completed by September 1, 2026, or as directed by the City Engineer. The project is financed solely by city funds and is exempt from federal Davis-Bacon wage requirements and American Iron and Steel or Buy American Build American requirements. All proposals must be submitted on the forms furnished and a list of quantities is available from the City Clerk's Office. Bidders may ask questions up to 5:00 p.m. on Friday March 6, 2026 to allow time for questions to be answered by addenda There is not a pre-bid meeting for this project. The bidder is invited to visit the site and make himself aware of the existing conditions.
