Improving by Microsurfacing on Various Roads in Erie County, Ohio (2025) A Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond using the form in the Contract Documents. (The amount ofthe bid does NOT have to appear on this form.) A certified check, cashier's check or a letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 ofthe Ohio Revised Code in the amount of 10% of the bid drawn in favor of the Erie County Commissioners. Ifthe Contract is awarded, a Contract Bond will be required, which is one hundred per cent (100%) payment and performance bond. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date ofbid opening. Each bidder shall strive to meet a goal of 25 percent of the labor used on the project, to be residents of Erie County, Ohio. Each bidder shall strive to meet a goal of 25 percent of all materials and supplies, used on this project, be purchased from Erie County, Ohio vendors and/or suppliers. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date ofbid opening. The Erie County Commissioners reserve the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
