Renovation of a detention facility in Sandusky, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Erie County, Ohio is selecting professional design firms (under ORC 153.65-.69) for complete design services for the purposes of constructing HVAC system improvements. Project summary is as follows: JJC HVAC System Improvements: Replace 6 air handling units, 2 mini split units, upgrading boilers, update heat recovery system, hot water system and booster pumps Professional services shall be completed by 7/16/25. Include in your Qualification Statement, your office(s) location/address, number of staff (engineer and survey crews), history of firm, a list of five similar projects your firm has recently performed with reference contacts, and a resume of the key Project Engineer that will be assigned to this project. Selection will be by Erie County staff and elected officials to select the most qualified firm after which the negotiation of a contract will follow Erie County will follow competitive negotiation procurement procedures. Erie County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept any proposals deemed most favorable to Erie County, Ohio.
