THE NAICS CODE IS 237990-SIZE STANDARD FOR DREDGING AND SURFACE CLEANUP ACTIVITIES IS $37,000,000.00. THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO AWARD ONE FIRM FIXED-PRICE CONTRACT. SEE SECTION 01 35 13 PART 1.2A, OR FAR CLAUSE 52.211-10 FOR THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. THE CONSTRUCTION WAGE DETERMINATION (WD) IS IL 20250018 DATED 03 JAN 2025. BID GUARANTEE IS REQUIRED.
