Erie County, Ohio is selecting professional design firms (under ORC153.65-.69) for complete design services for the purposes of constructing sanitary sewer system improvements. Project summary is as follows: Sawmill Creek WWTP Sludge Force main Improvements Scope: 1. Installation of a sanitary sewer force main approximately 9,750' to convey wasted sludge from Sawmill Creek WWTP to the Huron Basin WWTP sewer tributary and sizing WAS pumps. Professional services shall include a detailed design, EPA Permit-to-Install, ODOT permit, easement preparation, & other related tasks. 2. Professional services shall be completed by 8/1/25. Include in your Qualification Statement, your office(s)location/address, number of staff (engineer and survey crews), history of the firm, a list of five similar projects your firm has recently performed with reference contacts, and a resume of the key Project Engineer that will be assigned to this project. Selection will be by Erie County staff and elected officials to select the most qualified firm after which the negotiation of a contract will follow. Erie County will follow competitive negotiation procurement procedures. Erie County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept any proposals deemed most favorable to Erie County, Ohio.
