Base Bid: Tree clearing, new ADA trail, pedestrian bridge over Hammell Creek, paving driveway and entrance/exit to parking lot, construction and installation of sidewalk and handicapped parking, signs, pavement marking, seeding, and soil erosion control. All labor, equipment, and material shall be included. Please do not submit online questions via online. Base Bid Item No.1: Entrance Drive: Includes compaction of existing gravel (entrance drive and parking lot), soil erosion & control, paving, striping, signs, concrete parking and sidewalk, stone ditch, restoration and other associated work at the proposed entrance drive and parking lot as shown on the plans and specifications. Item No.2: Trail: Includes tree removal/trimming, grubbing, soil erosion & control, excavation, fill, base, gravel, compaction, restoration and existing trail abandonment as shown on the plans and specifications. Item No.3: Pre-Engineered Fiberglass Bridge: Includes all labor, material and equipment to install the pre-engineered fiberglass bridge, grating and railing including anchor bolts and bearing pads as shown on the plans and specifications. Item No.4: Associated Bridge Improvements: Includes all labor, equipment, and material to complete associated work at the bridge site including tree removals/trimming, grubbing, excavation, structure backfill, rock bolting, concrete abutments, drains, stone ditches, soil erosion & control, restoration and other associated work as shown on the plans and specifications. Alternates Alternate No. 1: Information Kiosk: Includes all labor, equipment and material to construct the information kiosk as shown on the plans and specifications.
