Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Cedar Bluff, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
Furnishing all labor and materials and performing all work associated with: 3-Unit Box Hangar Development-Re-Bid. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, a deposit of cash or by a certified check payable to the Tazewell County Airport Authority and drawn on a bank or trust company authorized to do business in the State of Virginia, for an amount equal to 5% of the total base bid, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the required Contract will be executed and the required Performance Bond and Payment Bond furnished within ten (10) days after receipt of written notice of formal award of Contract. The Tazewell County Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Document Note: Bid Documents may also be obtained in electronic .pdf format, free of charge, through direct electronic transfer.
