Sealed bids are invited for the construction of the Replace Oil Burners with Gas Boilers at Davis Hall project at Southwest Virginia Community College, Project Code # 260-B5260-046 (M25SW125) located in Cedar Bluff, Virginia. The project is generally described as the demolition of one 8,000-gallon underground fuel oil storage tank, one 1,000-gallon underground propane storage tank, two 1250 MBH fuel oil boilers and associated hot water pumps, and the installation of a new 6,500-gallon underground propane storage tank, a 1,300 MBH propane boiler, and system hot water pumps. The new propane storage tank will be installed in the location of the removed fuel oil tank. Completion of entire project shall be 180 consecutive calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
