Rogue Community College (RCC) is seeking to contract with a contractor for the removal and installation of roofing for multiple buildings located on the Table Rock Campus in White City, Oregon and the Riverside Campus in Medford, Oregon. Project construction will be carried out under one Roofing Contractor covering the demolition, removal, and installation of multiple building roofing as stated within this ITB and provided project drawings and specifications. This agreement includes all labor, materials, transportation, disposal, equipment, and services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the completion of all work in connection with the project described herein. The Project consists of the removal and replacement of building roofing on two campuses and includes Zones C, D and E at the Table Rock Campus (TRC) Building A, 7800 Pacific Ave, White City, OR 97503. The Project also includes Roofing Zones B1 and B2 for the Student Success Center (SSC) and Library at the Riverside Campus (RVC), 114 S Bartlett St, Medford, OR 97501. Project drawings and specifications are provided as attachment B located at the Medford Builders Exchange. Deadline for Questions - 5:00 P.M. June 30, 2025 July 28, 2025 Start of Construction October 31, 2025 Project Substantial Completion November 21, 2025 Project Final Completion\Closure** Each bid shall be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, postal money order, or bid bond made payable to the Rogue Community College in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. Rogue Community College District reserves the right to reject any Bids not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and to reject for good cause any or all bids that are not in the best interests of Rogue Community College District.
