Contractor agrees to furnish all labor, materials, services, and equipment necessary to accomplish the following project as more specifically set forth herein (the “Work”). The contract award is based on the lowest responsible responsive proposal. Please review maps in Exhibit A for details of services to be performed. Below is a list of the properties. Listed below are specific and estimated dates and times of action related to this Request for Proposal. The actions with specific dates must be completed as indicated unless otherwise changed by the city. If the City finds it necessary to change any of the specific dates and times, it will do so by issuing addenda to this RFP. The contract shall be effective on August 18, 2025 and run through June 30, 2030. The awarded contractor must work with the City prior to the contract start date to implement the program. The contract shall be for a term of five (5) years. The contract may not be extended. The City of Grants Pass Public Works Department is accepting bids for vegetation management services. The request for proposals outlines the various parcels and work needed at each site. The contract is for a period of five years starting August 18, 2025. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to maintain landscape in accordance with the descriptions in the RFP.
