*As of July 10, 2025 this project has been awarded to three contractors: Richardson Disposal: $49,700, JM Industrial Services: $29,400, Actin Inc.: $32,280 with overall bid amount of $111,380. For the above described 2025 Phase I Board of Safety Demolition of Unsafe Structures Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities and to accept the bid which it deems most favorable to the interest of the Owner after all bids have been examined and canvassed. All questions must be submitted by email to James Portalatin, at jportalatin@eastchicago.com no later than Monday June 9th at 11am.
