Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the demolition of a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project consists of site improvements to an interior renovation project located at 1501 Howard Street in downtown Omaha. The project consists of demolition of existing site concrete paving, minor grade improvements, new pavement (pedestrian and street paving), utilities, and landscaping. The construction of new curb and gutter on the Southwest corner of 15th and Howard Streets along with a parking node on the same corner. Additionally, the construction of planter boxes, ADA compliant ramps, installation of 4 new street lights and new parking meters. Interior remodel scope has already been awarded and is not being solicited for bids currently. Please note that as a City of Omaha Public Works project, City of Omaha building standards must be followed and the project will be monitored by third party inspectors.
